Located on the edge of the Noho Arts District, our artsy back patio venue is 1700 SF with breakout spaces which make it ideal for workshops, meetings, catered luncheons, pop-up events, parties and filming. Multiple textures and colored walls can be used for photo or film (see production listing for film and photography). We are adjacent to a residential community with ample street parking. We have hosted community events like pop-up markets, outdoor movies, and performances; others have hosted pop-up restaurants, charity poker tournaments, and more. *Event listing is for outdoor back patio rental only. We used this space for a Celebration of Life event. Not only was the space perfect, but Arlene was fantastic. She was a great resource, gave me a roster of vendors she typically uses that I could reach out to to either book or ask questions; as well as an amazing resource for the space itself, making suggestions and such. She kept all the drinks well stocked throughout the event, checked in with me multiple times, and I received multiple compliments as to how well the space provided the perfect backdrop to our sad yet lovely day. With a tiny bit of decorative touches, the space provides the perfect ambiance.

My fiance, now wife, rented out TeaPop for our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better space. There was a manger on site at all times in case my coordinator had any problems or questions. Our favorite thing about the venue by far would be the patio. At night they have string lights up and it made for a beautiful reception. The inside is decorated with artwork from local artists. The patio is rustic and has many plants. It didnt take much to make this space wedding ready. They were very helpful during the planning process, as we visited the space during business hours. Would recommend for intimate events.
