This is a newly renovated 3000 sq. foot gallery space and boasts amazing natural and interior lighting, a vaulted ceiling and second floor mezzanine. This uniquely designed space offers a modern and refined look perfect for a wide range of events. One bathroom is available to accommodate guests. No kitchen directly available in the gallery space but we can make special arrangements for this (a kitchen is available in the facilities). If tables are needed they can easily and freely be arranged through out the space, we are more than happy to consult on this. Hosts up to 300 standing guests. An estimate of seated capacity can be easily figured pending on configuration of tables. Plenty of room for DJ's/music, our upstairs mezzanine is perfect for this as well as our front desk that can also function as a serving area, beverages, product and or food. Plenty of parking on the the block and wheel chair accessible. Our entry is another perfect place to congregate while you enjoy the outdoor garden area. Perfect for summer day events. This is one of our favorite and more impactful features. Load in and out is very convenient. We can provide 12 identical white chairs. Security, Janitorial Services and Catering will be additional costs. Security - $150 per security Janitorial Service - $100 per event Catering - $1500 for every 10 people (locally sourced, veggie, vegan, meat, all options available). 2 weeks notice for this service. No smoking indoors (Outside is OK). All rentals include setup and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing. Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. Overtime can be assessed if necessary.
