Wonderful host, wonderful space, wonderful experience! We held a wedding for ~60 people (both ceremony and reception) and couldn't be happier. Christian was helpful and flexible throughout the booking process, preparations, during the event, and afterwards for breakdown and equipment pickup. We had originally planned minimal decorations and setup, and Christian was extremely flexible in giving us the time that we needed the day before to get everything setup (fortunately, there was no Friday night event planned). He was also prompt and responsive to our questions throughout the planning process. Putting on events (especially weddings) is supposed to be stressful, but working with Christian and putting on the event in this space made it about as easy as it can be. The space itself is gorgeous and easily accommodated seating for all the guests during the ceremony (arranged in a few concentric semicircles on the prairie side of the room), and then more than sufficient space for a dance floor and seating to eat inside and out. We got lots of compliments from our guests on the venue and experience.
This was an AWESOME venue for my 30th birthday party. Access to both the indoor and outdoor space was perfect. Christian was an incredible help and made the whole process simple and easy!! I would definitely recommend and use it again!
We booked this space for our engagement party and dealt with Clifton and Christian H. I cannot complain at ALL! This place has amazing views and is so convenient and worth the cost to rent. It looks exactly like the photos depict. There is a coat rack for guests (if you event is in the winter) and plenty of space for an amazing party. The only thing I could recommend that this venue offer in the future are those little triangle parking signs that could say "party here" or something since the building entrance is on the front of the building but the elevator for private events is on the side. Would definitely do this again!
