GREAT FOR Parties , Seminars and week-long events / trainings so you don't have to take your stuff home! 2nd floor LOFT is 1,400 square foot with two unique spaces divided by a kitchenette. Amenities include are two indoor bathrooms, two separate entrances to control flow, 3 brand new heater/ AC units up to 72,00 btu's, sink, progressional grade refrigerator, microphone and speakers, 50 foldable chairs, shelving for shoes/ bags, coach sitting area for breaks, collapsable tables, miscellaneous chairs as needed, microwave, filtered hot and cold water, white board, and up to 10 massage tables! PARKING Parking lot space is a luxury in LA. With the Rental, you get up to two spaces for your event coordinators for easy load in and load out. Depending on the time of day, additional spaces in the parking lot can be offered for a nominal fee. There is PLENTY of street parking, and a strip mall across the street with plenty of parking. There is also a Ferguson's Kitchen and Bath across the street that can be used ONLY when they are CLOSED, or you will get towed. (We have successfully used it after 5p M-Sat and all day on Sunday). The 6 hour minimum is usually good for a 2 hour set up and and 4 hour event. If your "break-down" just takes 30 mins, then I can waive additional cost. But to be safe, I'd recommend booking it for an 8 hour day so you can get a 10% discount and have time to breath and enjoy the space. It ALWAYS takes longer to set up and clean up!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
