The artist gallery is perfect for intimate evening events and features rotating works by local artists and views of the Golden Gate Bridge. It has a max capacity of 49 people theater style, banquet style, or for a stand up reception. -No onsite cooking is allowed. Food must come already prepared. Once onsite, sterno or hot boxes are ok and require an open flame permit which is $25. -Rental times are inclusive of setup/breakdown. Events can run as late as 11pm. -All alcohol needs to be served by licensed and insured caterer and requires an alcohol permit which costs $25. Host will need a copy of caterer's insurance with host listed as additional insured. Caterer does need to carry at least $1,000,000 in liquor liability coverage. -Guest must provide insurance in the amount of $500,000 with host listed as additional insured. Guest can also purchase this from host for $100. -A limited number of banquet tables and indoor chairs (black, conference style chair) are included in the rental. Additional items can be rented for a fee including cocktail/café tables, linens, and a/v. Host will work with guest to draft up floor plan and setup/breakdown any equipment rented from host. -At the end of the event, guest will need to put all trash in waste bins provided and remove all personal belongings/rentals from the space. Wi-Fi is available for $20/user/day.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The artist gallery was an amazing venue for the bridal shower this Saturday. Not only was the space itself perfect for our group, but the Fort Mason staff was extremely helpful in coordinating all arrangements leading up to and during the event. The views were also great! Would highly recommend.
