Comfortably serving up to 40 people at a time. Located in Del Rey, minutes away from Playa Vista, Culver City, Venice, Marina Del Rey. Our 900+ Square foot space is great for all social events: baby showers, receptions, art shows, birthdays, sporting events, corporate/office parties, retail pop-up stores and more! Inside there is walnut woodwork with a variety of "old fashion" items that give it a Speakeasy feel. Custom walnut bar is surrounded by reclaimed wood. BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS and curate your own event the way YOU want it! Our Booking hours on Monday-Thursday, Sunday are 10am-12am and Friday-Saturday 10am-1am (Hard exit at 1am). We allow 30 minutes PRIOR to booking times for set ups. Our exit times are hard exit times. Included in the event fee are the following seating options: -One 3-4 person couch -Two leather lounge chairs -Three 2-3 person benches -Seven Eames style chairs -Ten bar stools NOTE: Guests are welcomed to bring additional furniture as needed. ALL INCLUSIVE! Our space offers the following technical amenities: -100” 1080p HD Projector w/Premium Cable Service, Apple TV, Samsung Sound Bar w/BlueTooth connectivity -65” 1080p HD TV w/Premium Cable Service, Apple TV, Sony 5.1 surround system w/BlueTooth/AUX connectivity -High Speed Fiber Optic 100MBps Down and Up WiFi -Security Cameras Other amenities include: -Private restroom -Filtered water -Fridge/Freezer -Sink -Private outdoor patio -2-3 Assigned parking spaces (Depending on size of cars) NOTE: WE DO HAVE SPACE FOR A TACO/FOOD TRUCK IN OUR PRIVATE PARKING! :-) IMPORTANT NOTE: We have special rates for the following dates: $89 an hour with a 4 hour minimum: -7/4/18 -10/31/18 -12/31/18
We ask our guests to act in common sense when using our space. We are happy for you to bring your own drinks, food and alcohol. We will provide trash cans so if anything spills or drops we'd love a little assistance in cleaning up. Ff you are moving furniture (which we allow), all pieces must be moved back exactly how they were originally, or there will be an additional $40 fee.
Dear Saam, This was an amazing venue, thank you for letting us rent it for our event. Everything went well for us except the place was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was still super artsy and nice for pictures!! Hope we were a good party of guests as well. Thank you, Isadora

Everything about this space was perfect! The location was very easy to find and get to. The industrial/mid-century decor was just perfect and fit our style. Saam was great to work with, provided everything we needed to set up. The photos are exactly how it looked but even better! The patio in the back was perfect for photos, love love! We had a group of about 20 people for a bridal shower and everyone was amazed how beautiful it was inside. Thank you so much for allowing me to use your space. I highly recommend!

The place was clean, great ambiance, easy location. I would definitely book here again. The host was also very responsive and made everything super easy for me. We had a great time :-)
This was an amazing venu. Very easy to get into. My guest really enjoyed it fit my 30th celebration. Communication with the host was phenomenal. He responded promptly and thourougly. I highly recommend this venue!
This was a great space, perfect for our photo shoot needs. They were super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. They had all of the information you could ever need to have a successful event in a lovely packet, that they sent to me and I had at my fingertips, and they printed and had in the space. Would highly recommend this space, our team came up with at least 5 other things we want to do here, both as a business and for pleasure :P It looks just like the photos, was a little narrower than we expected, but we made it work. All of the neighbors were super nice, and there were plenty of food options for breakfast and lunch.
