We are a dynamic Silicon Beach Offsite/Event space with a Madmanesque classy vibe. Comfortably serving up to 60 people at a time. Located in Del Rey, minutes away from Playa Vista, Culver City, Venice, Marina Del Rey. Our 900+ Square foot space is great for off site working or smaller brain storming sessions, conferences, investor meetings We can host easily accommodate up to 60 people for most events. Here's a breakdown of our seating options (NOTE: You can bring your own additional seats/furniture as well): -One 3-4 person couch -Two leather lounge chairs -Three 2-3 person benches -Seven Eames style chairs -Ten bar stools ALL INCLUSIVE! Our space offers the following technical amenities: -100” 1080p HD Projector w/Premium Cable Service, Apple TV, Samsung Sound Bar w/BlueTooth connectivity -65” 1080p HD TV w/Premium Cable Service, Apple TV, Sony 5.1 surround system w/BlueTooth/AUX connectivity -High Speed Fiber Optic 100MBps Down and Up WiFi -Security Cameras Other amenities include: -Coffee shop right next door -Private restroom -Filtered water (HOT and COLD) -Fridge/Freezer -Sink -Private outdoor patio -2-3 Assigned parking spaces (depending on size of cars) Our space is very centrally located, close to 405 and 90 freeway exits. There's a bike path very close by as well as a bus stop very close by. We have restaurants and a mini market all walking distance away as well.
We ask our guests to act in common sense when using our space. We are happy for you to bring your own drinks, food and alcohol. We will provide trash cans and bags so if anything spills or drops we'd love a little assistance in cleaning up. Our cleaning fee is included in our hourly rate. -No loud music after 11pm -No smoking inside -Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. We will assist you rearrange when applicable. -Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor dumpster
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Amazing space that perfectly accommodated my birthday party. The layout of the venue allows for guests to spread across multiple areas inside and outside: couches/sitting area, bar, and patio. The parking spots in the back was very convenient to bring party supplies and alcohol. All of my guests absolutely loved it. Highly recommend it.

We rented the space for my sister’s baby shower and it was exactly as it looks in the photos! The decor is superb and I love how we were able to move their furniture around. They even had hooks in the ceiling to hang our large macrame piece! We appreciated that they had a ladder for us to use, as well as a large beverage tin tub for our drinks. Toilet paper and trash bags were also provided. The free 30mins for set-up was a huge plus, as it was rare when comparing to other Peerspaces. It was a bit odd because we never met the host in person, even during our walkthrough of the space a week prior, but then again they were always responsive and I’d prefer this over a micromanager. You get 3 parking spots in the back and then it’s only street parking, but no one had an issue finding parking in the surrounding areas. Overall, this was a wonderful space and I would definitely rent from them again.

This place exceeded my expectations!!!! Saam and team are amazing and respond promptly. I hosted my 30th birthday party here and it was the perfect venue. The instructions were easy to follow and all descriptions were just as described. I was e able to check in 30 minutes before to set up and ample amount of time to clean up. Definitely worth the money :)

My husband and I rented this space for our first baby shower and it was perfect. We were able to host 60 people and everyone was able to find parking. There was enough seating for everyone and room for games. The place came with all the entertainment we needed. The process of renting was super easy and convenient. We were even allowed to check the space out before the event to plan for decorations. This place was an awesome find!

Great workspace, very unique design. Everything was easy to use. Communication is immediate, would definitely utilize the space again. Great surround system, Apple TV was a great feature for mirroring conference calls and presentations.

The space is just as described and pictured. Layout, design, and amenities are excellent. Everyone that attended loved the space and was comfortable. In other words, the space was great! You also couldn't ask for a better host. Makes everything simple and easy plus provides excellent communication. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and clearly.
