Setup and breakdown must occur within the hours that you book. -You can work with any caterer of your choice. At the end of your event, please put all trash in the provided bins. There are not any kitchen facilities. -Tables and chairs are stacked in the corner of the room. You can do your own setup/breakdown of these or we can do it for you for $50/space/day. We do book events back to back from 7am - 11pm. No overnight storage is allowed unless authorized. All alcohol must be served by a caterer and requires that guest provide proof of insurance in the amount of $500,000 with host listed as an additional insured. It also requires an alcohol permit which costs $25.
Thanks so much for the space. Actually, a hard wood/concrete/tile floor would be better for my studio shoots, since the models heels tear through my paper seamless backdrop. Do you have a room with such floors/
Amanda was great to work with! The space appeared as advertised. The on-site facilities staff was responsive when we needed them. The signage in the building is good, making it easy to find the classroom.
The room is clean and as described. We booked it for a photo shoot and it worked out well. It is near many other photography spots in the area, so we can reach it conveniently. The host responded promptly to my inquiries, too. Thanks Amanda!
