If your project requires more than 10 people present in the studio at the same time there will be +$5/hour surcharge for every extra person (paid via Peerspace after the shoot). Please, don't be late for your session's start (we won't add missed time to your booking) and wrap up by the session's end to avoid overtime conditions. OVERTIME might be possible, and its duration completely depends on the studio schedule. You better should inform us about possible or desirable overtime in advance, during the booking process, and we consider that in the studio schedule. Please, notice, if you start wrapping up after the end of the booking or just forget about timing - these are overtime conditions, and Peerspace will charge your card for additional 30 min at regular price. PENALTY: If we have next booking in 1 hr after yours and you go overtime, Peerspace will charge your card 1.5 regular rate. For example, even if you only 10-15 minutes late you will pay $45, if 35-40 minutes (no more!) - $90 (at the current rate $60/hr). More about Overtime here: https://support.peerspace.com/hc/en-us/articles/203416869-How-does-overtime-work- NO SMOKING in the building or near the entrances, no open fire. There's a fog machine you can use for the smoke in the shot. NO FOOD or liquids (except water) in the studio and around the equipment. Please, use the kitchen space for that. EXTRAORDINARIES: If your project involves more than 10 people (+$5/hour for each extra person), furry/big/wild animals, sand/dirt/paint/glitter or similar materials, please, inform us beforehand so that we can work out a safe implementation. DAMAGE! We don't charge safety deposit but we expect you to treat our space and equipment with care and be responsible for the damage that may occur. For example, if you broke Cycs plywood material, because you or some heavy equipment were standing or falling on its curves or walls you will pay $200 restoration fee, as a minimum, in the very small crack case (via Peerspace). More about damage caused and resolving process: https://support.peerspace.com/hc/en-us/articles/201549276-What-happens-if-I-damage-something-in-a-space- Thanks so much for your interest in our studio! You are very welcome here! ;)
Great space. Perfect size to shoot in, air conditoned, and comfrotable. Having all the equipment in the same room made accessing it very quick and easy! Will definitely book this again.
We had a great experience shooting in this space! It was a very comfortable place to work a long day. Alexey was a fantastic host. He's very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. He helped us find space outside the studio to stage our props and HMU station. The kitchen is right next to the studio - very convenient for hosting craft services. The studio has it's own AC, which is very easy to control. It made the day infinitely more pleasant to be able to cool down the set in between shooting. This place is great, and I look forward to working there again.
