All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This 2,500 sq/ft creative office space is a perfect place to hold meetings, presentations, off-site training, castings, and creative brainstorming sessions. Located in the heart of Toluca Lake, this location is steps away from Aeirloom Café and less than a mile away from dozens of other restaurants and coffee shops. It is also right above Catcher in the Rye bar for a perfect happy hour solution. There's plenty of free parking, a nearby metro stop, and immediate interstate access. Two restrooms, a spacious conference room, and a comfortable lobby with a foosball table and a TV make this location a fun and relaxing place for off-site engagements. Our listing's hourly rate applies to our regular business hours. Depending on your inquiry, you may be charged at one of the rates below. Full-day rate: 8hrs and up = $100/hour *This is a place of business, operations will continue in the offices separate from rental space. Weekend rate: $100/hour

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. My aspiring, teen filmmaker needed a “high end” office to shoot his opening scene and this venue served his purpose, very well. The venue is located on the 2nd floor, so although we had to climb a few stairs with some heavy equipment, the beautiful sunlight that flows through to the room, helped make the space show up that much better, on camera. The host gets 5 stars PLUS for his prompt attention to my initial request and follow up questions, because even though it was a day before Thanksgiving break, his professionalism was above and beyond and very attentive. Would definitely recommend this venue and use again.

This was the PERFECT space for my event. Andrew was incredibly kind + even took a picture for us! The air conditioning was already going when we arrived, which was SO appreciated on a 100 degree day. There were so many options in the space for us to use + we loved how easy every aspect of our experience was!
