We require our staff members be on site at all events. The staff provides normal operating setup which would include conference room, retail space and outdoor seating. Setup of the stage and any other amenities may be an additional fee. A $500 refundable damage deposit must be received within 10 days of booking. All events must end before 10 pm. A vendor list must be provided to the Bar Manager 3 days prior to rental (we can help make suggestions if you have any questions).
