All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We are located in the heart of Chicago’s exciting Fulton Market district. Our space has multiple levels of various sizes that make us perfect to book for any occasion. This 2nd floor loft space, Suite C, is 3,460 sq/ft and features weathered white plaster walls, raw brick, and wood planked floors that make it the perfect backdrop for a 165 guest cocktail party or 100 guest pop-up dinner. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Thank you for everything!! This venue was amazing. Great sound and lighting for our corporate meeting. The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. The only challenges we had for the day was 4 single bathrooms for our 80 guests was tough and the wifi was a little spotty at times. I had not realized that the bathrooms were single patron and that made things a little challenging but not the end of the world. All in all an excellent place to host a meeting. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time working with Keely and the entire Morgan's on Fulton team! The team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodated our every event request. The space was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our tasting event. The kitchen was well equipped and the natural light of the space was exquisite. We are so happy to have found this space and would work with the team again in a heartbeat!
