We are an eclectic space that measures to be 3,750 square ft. in size. Our versatile and open floor plan is perfect for product launches, corporate events, dinner parties, weddings, workshops and more. We can easily transform our space to fit your needs and vision. Our space comes with all the in-house furnishings so you don't have to fret about paying additional rental fees to accommodate seating for your guests. Our spacious dwelling place can accommodate 150 people standing room and 80 people seated. If you need vendor recommendations, we have a list of amazing vendors you can choose from or have the freedom to bring in your own. There will be a site location manager present to help you with any questions or rearrangement of furnishings. There are ample FREE street parking available in the area and an easy load-in and out available for you to use during set-up and breakdown. We believe in partnering with organizations and causes that make an impact in our world, and 5% of your booking will go to support Justice Rising International, and the work they do to build schools in war and conflict zones around the world.
We offer services to help with all your event planning needs. We have connections with local vendors and will work hard to make your event a success! The space must be cleaned and left in the condition it was found in or a charge of $150 will be issued to the renter. On weekdays event setup cannot begin until 6pm and must end by 11pm. On weekends event setup can begin as early at 7am, the space must be booked for a minimum of 5 hours and the event must end by 11pm. An alcohol vendor's license is required to sell alcohol on the property.
My husband and I just had our wedding here this past weekend and it was amazing! We had a little under 100 people there, a food truck catered the event and we had an open bar. Sarah was really helpful in recommending vendors and was also immensely helpful in making the most of the space and all of the unique furniture and decor that is available in the space for events. We couldn't have had as nice a wedding as we did without Sarah! We were able to do both our ceremony and reception in the space. We did have to have a slight redressing following the ceremony to open up that space for the dance floor, but this venue totally met all our needs.
Sarah was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process! Very friendly staff/team as well. The layout of the space was great and big enough to host all the details of my event. I hosted our first annual Speak Truth Create Change event in honor of Domestic Violence awareness month and it was such a success! The location is perfect and easy to find parking for guests without having to pay $10 + for parking. The front of their building completely opens up which is great for attracting people walking by. Would definitely book again!! Thanks guys!
Sarah was super helpful and accommodating :) had to post pone event because of the weather and she made it easy to reschedule. Venue was the perfect size (had about 30 people in at a time for a sample sale). Location was great. Definitely booking with her again!
