We are an eclectic space situated in the heart of Arts District DTLA and measures to be 6,700 square ft. Rentable event space measures to be 2,000 sqft, which can accommodate 200 people standing and 150 people seated. As an add-on fee, we have an additional 1,000 sq ft of flex-space, which can accommodate 100 people standing/75 people seated. We also have a photo studio that measures 1,100 sq ft, which can accommodate 100 people standing/75 people seated. We value purposeful & collaborative community, versatile & curated environment, and hospitable service Our versatile and open floor plan is perfect for product launches, corporate events, dinner parties, weddings, workshops and more. We can easily transform our space to fit your needs and vision. Our space comes with all the in-house furnishings so you don't have to fret about paying additional rental fees to accommodate seating for your guests. Our all-inclusive amenities: -In house furnishings: Sectional, Couch, accent chair, 2 10ft farm tables, 4 10 benches, 50 mis-match folding chairs, piano, 6 6ft tables -Audio & Media perks: 2 Speaker sound system, mixer, 2 monitors, 2 microphones & stands, 52in TV, projector installation capabilities, wi-fi -Green room/conference: (only for event production/planning team ) kitchenette, vintage decor & furnishings, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator -Extra Perks: On-site representative, 2 unisex bathrooms, air conditioning, amazing restaurants & shops, FREE street parking, Arts District eclectic vibe If you need vendor recommendations, we have a list of amazing vendors you can choose from or have the freedom to bring in your own. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Sarah and Aaron are the best! I booked this space to propose to my girlfriend now fiancé. The space is big; if you’re looking for a wedding, proposal, I highly recommend renting the space. The main person to contact is Aaron and he is super awesome and chill. Please Book here; you won’t regret it!

Sarah & Aaron were great hosts & very attentive! We appreciated the fact that we could extend the party outdoors, and set up food in front of the venue. We received great feedback from our guests. I definitely wish the A/C was working during the early hours of our event but the environment got cooler as the day ended.

The venue was perfect for my surprise party! Lots of room with movable tables and walls made for a perfect blend of seating, eating, dance floor, and food/drink service. The venue had everything I needed to throw a surprise party that turned into an engagement party! Not only was the venue fantastic, Sarah was extremely helpful, accommodating, and communicative. On the day of the event, Sarah and Jason were there to concierge our set up, the ongoing party, and the break down at the end. This was my first experience using Peerspace and because of Sarah and her venue it will be my go to for future events. I look forward to renting this venue again in the future.

The artwork of the building looks much different and gives the entire space a very different vibe. There was an issue with power a couple hours before and the sound went out. It was a rush to get the sound going, and luckily we had someone with audio experience to help set it up. Due to the sound, Sarah did offer to give us a partial refund which was much appreciated.
