We are an eclectic space situated in the heart of Arts District DTLA and measures to be 6,700 square ft. Rentable event space measures to be 2,000 sqft, which can accommodate 200 people standing and 150 people seated. As an add-on fee, we have an additional 1,000 sq ft of flex-space, which can accommodate 100 people standing/75 people seated. We also have a photo studio that measures 1,100 sq ft, which can accommodate 100 people standing/75 people seated. We can easily transform our space to fit your needs and vision. Our space comes with all the in-house furnishings so you don't have to fret about paying additional rental fees to accommodate seating for your guests. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. First I LOVED the space, Sara and her husband were so responsive and communicative. This space was perfect for my baby shower. We loved the rustic boho vibe she had in her space. We had a decent amount of guests and we were all able to social distance and have a good time, it was so beautiful. I’m thankful because Sara responded so quickly and booked us right away, we only booked 3 days before the baby shower and she worked it out for us. The place we had before cancelled on us so Sara really came through. Thank you soooooooo much. I’d definitely book this space again and tell all my friends about.

The space was great! We had a party for 220ish people. Sarah and all the others were extremely helpful, made sure that everything was going smoothly. Communication was really easy. They even stepped up when our security guard canceled 10 minutes prior to the event. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect space for my 30th Birthday!! The venue I had originally booked for my party cancelled on me the week of. It was actually a blessing in disguise because this space worked out perfectly! Sarah was amazing to work with. Despite the crazy holidays, she was very responsive and helped me through all of the small details. I love the open floor concept, which made it very easy to have a DJ, dance floor, bar, and photobooth area. Overall, my guests and I had an amazing time! My only feedback is to inform guests ahead of time that the entrance to the building is on Seaton. The address says Alameda Street, but the entrance is actually on the backside on Seaton. Overall amazing venue that I would definitely recommend! Thank you again Sarah for everything!
