Lincoln Park Unique & Versatile Converted Storefront - Newly Renovated !

**Feb 2020: Studio is now newly renovated and looking beautiful! We have replaced the flooring with wooden flooring, everything is freshly painted and we have added some new furniture. Photos coming soon but feel free to get in touch to schedule a tour to see in person and before we raise our pricing!!** Our bright and unique ground level Lincoln Park studio (converted storefront) is the perfect location for your next photo shoot, film shoot, video interview or commercial production. Our double storefront windows with beautiful mid century modern furniture and natural light is perfect for productions, interviews and photo shoots. There is also plenty of space to set up a backdrop and equipment and utilize the light from the windows. We have a lot of other space for wardrobe, hair & make up as well as a fully equipped kitchen and tables for catering and beverages to be set out or prepared. Colored Lights as seen in pictures upon request (must be requested before so we can install before- please note this color light look was taken during the night time - during the day it will be lighter due to window light) Free Keurig coffee and ground coffee (and all the supplies such as creamer, sugars, stirrers) is available for crew members to make coffee too. We are right off Halsted and close to Clark, where you can find lots of great coffee shops and restaurants. If you prefer for us to sort out catering for lunch we also work with a great caterer. Included with rental rate: - All Furniture you see in the images plus extra tables and chairs if needed. Feel free to rearrange to your liking - Colored Lights as seen in pictures upon request (must be requested before so we can install before- please note this color light look was taken during the night time - during the day it will be lighter due to window light) - BOSE Speakers - Projector (Upon request) - Projector screen & stand (Upon request) - Keurig Coffee Machine - Ninja Coffee Bar - Kettle - Thermos Hot Water Dispenser - Tea & Coffee Making Supplies: (K Cups, Ground Starbucks, Creamer, Sugar, Sweeteners, Black Tea bags, Herbal Teas) - Full Kitchen: Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Pots, Pans, utensils, cutting boards, bowls plus a number of plates, cups, glasses $60/hr rate is only for weekday productions. For weekend bookings the rate is $100/hr Parking: There is no permit parking on our section of the street. We also recommend the meter parking on Halsted and also sporthero.com has some great options for lots close to our studio.
