We have replaced the flooring with wooden flooring, everything is freshly painted and we have added some new furniture. Feel free to get in touch to schedule a tour to see in person!!** Our beautiful mid century modern styled space in Lincoln Park is used for a variety of social and creative uses, as well as a cool indoor photo shoot location for other photographers and filmmakers. When you rent our studio you will get exclusive use of the space. Feel free to bring in your own food and beverages, hire the caterer of your choice or cook in our full kitchen. Our byob studio is the the perfect venue for baby showers, bridal showers, first birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, launch parties, corporate dinners, smaller weddings, bespoke parties and small events and byob classes. Furniture can move around depending on your needs and we have additional folding tables and chairs not pictured. Our spacious loft like studio is roomy enough for groups of up to 50 whilst at the same time feels intimate and cosy for smaller groups or events because of the different areas for your guests to make themselves at home. We have vintage mismatched china teacups, saucers, plates, cake stands available to rent for an additional fee. Perfect for bridal showers, baby showers! We also have kid sized ones for kids tea party birthdays! For evening events ask about the different ways we can color light the space (see some of the color light designs in our images). Amazing location- Walker's paradise score- 96 and transit score is 84 We are child friendly and can provide toys, a gate for the stairs, a limited number of high chairs, bottle warmers and a pack and play upon request. We are also next door to a kids playground!! We have kids tables and chairs to seat 8 kids for parties or workshops (additional available for an additional fee) We also offer kids party and activity decoration packages. Complete package includes tea party planner, china, linens, florals, selection of teas, petit fours, pastries, sandwiches. This is perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, offsites, birthday parties, corporate meetings. Rates for weekdays may be lower depending on event. Please message for custom quote. Parking: There is no permit parking on our section of the street. We also recommend the meter parking on Halsted and Clark st (free on Sundays) and also sporthero.com has some lots of great options for parking lots close to our studio. Guests who follow these guidelines should have no issues finding parking. Please note that curtains seen in some images are no longer available Chairs: We have enough chairs for 30 people to sit at tables for eating but please note that they will not all match. We have one set of 12 chairs, two additional sets of 4 and the remaining are plastic folding chairs. If you would like everything to match we recommend a chair rental company. Transport: We are in between Fullerton and Diversey stations (10 min walk to each). Typical Hire includes (but is not limited to): baby showers, bridal showers, first birthday parties, kids birthday parties, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, pop-up shops, book clubs, photo shoots, film shoots, birthday party venue, baptism and christening party venue, small wedding venue, cooking classes, supper clubs and community dinners, workshops, meetings, meet ups and classes. We are professional photographers. Please ask about our event photography and photo booth services! Seating: With the existing furniture in the space we can seat up to 30 for sit down dinners (more tables and chairs can be rented for an additional charge) and up to 50 for a more casual arrangement with some seated and some mingling. Kids tables and seating also available. We held my sister's baby shower here and guests were continuously commenting on how much they liked the studio. Hand sanitizer, paper towels, and trash bags were all provided and the rules were clearly stated. They had a speaker we managed to connect to and it was helpful that we could adjust the thermostat when it started to get colder. Cute little touches everywhere with a nice rustic feel we were going for with the display on the tables. The hosts were communicative and there was also someone there to meet us when we got there and go over some basics with us. Parking was also surprisingly easy to find on a Sunday morning, which was a definite plus!

This space worked out perfectly for hosting a baby shower. There were plenty of seating options for a group of less than 20. It was nice to have a full kitchen and plenty of tables and space to decorate. The location is good as well.
