Expansive windows and sliding doors in every room. Every bedroom has a balcony with ocean views. Our sunrises are astonishingly beautiful.

Due to our location, there really are no neighbors or street noise with which to contend.

The driveway is expansive and firetrucks often practice their 360-turns in our space.

This house is roughly 4,000 square feet with 6-bedrooms, 4.5-bathrooms, living-room, great-room, foyer, dining hallway and laundry. There are at least two plugs per room. The circuit breaker is located in a closet downstairs.

If the use of our property involves a production crew and/or a gathering for a party, an additional single day event insurance policy needs to be issued naming the owners as additional insured. The following are expressly prohibited at the Premises: • Any pyrotechnics, explosives, gas or smoke devices • Any wetting or flooding of interior floors • Access to any roof area(s) • Drilling into or otherwise penetrating any parting of the building structure • Use of cigarettes, tobacco or drugs • Entry into any area marked restricted • Entry into any illegal area(s) • Use of the Owners name(s) or address(es) The hourly fee covers the first 15 people. There is a modest additional per person fee of $30-dollars to cover the costs associated with the wear-and-tear which naturally occurs with foot traffic and refuse waste. Productions in excess of 30 people may be required to rent portable toilets. We are on a septic system. Absolutely nothing but toilet paper can be added, especially no feminine products. This also means that you should limit the amount of food waste you put into the garbage disposal. A propane tank fuels items such as the gas stove, BBQ, fireplace, fire-pit, pool and jacuzzi. We take a snap shot of the dial at check in and check-out. Excessive use may result in additional fees. The use of our pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk. Heating the pool can be added at $100+$50/day. The use of our trampoline is at your own risk. Only one person can jump at a time without shoes. Please deliver our home in the same good condition that we offered it to you. We often have back-to-back bookings and in order to be sure the next guest has the same opportunity you did to enjoy the space, we need your commitment to treat our home as though it was your own. This means that you are responsible for the removal of your own trash. Under no circumstances can you sublet or sub-rent our home to another party. Your rental is non-transferrable. Producer indemnifies and agrees to hold Owner harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising from or directly related to Producer’s use of the above described premises.
