Welcome! Please note for your reservation: We are a fully functioning bar that is open nightly. We offer two options for bookings. 1) Shared space reservation with reserved seating and tables in the bar that is open to the public. This does not include any changes to music or space. 2) Fully private buy out that requires a bar minimum that would vary based on the day and hours. This includes your choice for music options or changes to the space to suit your event. We are fully staffed, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Located on the western edge of San Francisco’s SOMA district, we are a New York style lounge featuring the best cocktail lounge experience in an intimate environment. Private is the whole bar rental, Semi Private is a portion of seating reserved in the bar What seating / area will be set aside for the guest and his/her group? (Make sure you include at least 1 picture of this area) Photos included, depends on the numbers in their party. What is the seating type (booths, chairs, stools, miscellaneous)? Booth How many chairs / stools / tables / etc. will be reserved for the booking at the listed price? As many as are required by the number in the group. What is the type of staff (bartender, bar back, on-site management, door host)? bartenders, bar back, on-site manager, door host. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This was my first time booking a rental through PeerSpace, and I must say Andrea and her staff have set a standard for an experience that went above and beyond my expectations.
