Our beautiful space is the perfect venue for your wedding, reception birthday, corporate event, live music, lecture, dance class, photography, and more. Beautiful 2,200 square foot open space with polished hard wood floors, wall of mirrors, 2 stages, full bar, event lighting and sound available, two restrooms plus small bridal party lounge. Seats 79 people and up to 150 for standing events.
1. You are responsible for returning the space to the condition it was originally given to you. So please move any furniture back to where they were and sweep/mop the floor if needed. 2. $600-$800 security deposit is due on the day of the event and will be refunded after a walk through the night of the rental. 3. We are a licensed bar, so all alcohol must be served by us. You can bring your own and we'll serve to your guests or guests can purchase from our bar. To have bar service at your event is $125 for one bartender for up to 4 hours. 4. Please follow Peerspace's cancellation and overtime policies.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We booked this space for our son's first birthday party and it was perfect! There was an enclosed play space for the children and plenty of room for the adults to mingle/keep an eye on the kiddos. Julia was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely book again!

I booked the space maybe a month and a half before I needed the space. I was using a specific area for a photo shoot for my daughter’s 1 year photos. When I got there, the person cleaning wouldn’t let me in because there was a party the evening before and whoever used the space did not clean it. I had to contact the owner of the space and it was ok’d for me to go in. However, the person cleaning was mopping the floor instead of helping me take down the decorations in the area that I needed. So I had to clean up the area and then place my decorations. I used the stage area and the lighting was great. I was concerned because of the frosted windows but it actually helped a lot! There were some heavy black curtains and there was no place to put them so we had to continually adjust them. However, my daughter’s pictures turned out great. And the price of the rental was affordable. $55 for an hour and a half isn’t bad. I would use the space again, and I would have rated it higher but the person not knowing that I was supposed to be there and not helping to clean up the space bothered me.

The space was awesome! I had a birthday party complete with bartender and it worked well. We had access to the sound system and chairs and stage space. The place was clean when we got it, and there was a minor bit of confusion, but people were communicative and fixed the problem right away. Was also happy that a space would allow me to have a burlesque event!
