Veronica O. booked a production for 9 people
The place is gorgeous and accurate to the photos, I used it for a film shoot, Dan was so kind and nice and communicative. For filming it was gorgeous the way it photographs but I gotta say, logistically very difficult, there's a cap of 10 people in there, loading and unloading was very hard. I'd account for an extra hour to load in for sure, my shoot was on a Saturday afternoon-to-evening and there was just too much going on downtown for us to load and unload comfortably, downstairs was a shit show with the club next door etc. Just things to consider and account for! I'd say this is perfect for small crew, small amount of equipment and more of an in and out operation
Rose L. booked a photoshoot for 10 people
Space is cool. We paid an extra $600 for additional space which we ultimately were not given access to so I would advise against paying for additional space. Load in and out was difficult as the alley is very busy and the location itself is down a series of labyrinthine hallways. If you are claustrophobic then this is a bad location for you. Your load in and out will take 2-3x longer than normal so book extra time as a precaution. Make sure you have dedicated team members to stay with the cars during load in as you could get ticketed or towed. That being said, the space itself was cool and it photographs well which is the most important thing. Best for small teams, 6 people max.
