Our executive style well appointed conference room seats ten, and meets the needs of an important meeting. Our Facility is 3,000 square foot newly renovated loft space in Chicago's Historic Motor Row District. Just minutes from Chicago's Downtown, Soldier's Field, and McCormick, our location is just close enough to Chicago's main attractions, but far away enough to find street parking. We are also equipped with a large training floor that can seat roughly 40 guests with tables and chairs or auditorium style seating for about 60-80. Click on my profile to see our other listing. Our hours are from 8am - 10pm. Insurance for events is required. Furniture and equipment is not included in rental of the training floor. Space will need to be returned to the condition prior to event start. Alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer

Although booking an event in an entire different city can be difficult, Racquel made the process easy. She was very responsive with the many questions I had. The owner of the company loved the space as well!
