• Renter must collect all garbage generated from the event, place it sealed bags. Trash cannot be placed in public street trash receptacles. If placed in public or neighboring waste receptacles, it will result in a $400 fine. • Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. • Standard curfew for private events is 12:00 am. Outdoor patio space is ONLY permitted access until 8:00pm. There is an additional fee of $500 per hour for disregarding the event curfew. NO music/sound/av equipment is allowed on the outdoor patio. No loud music after 11pm. • We want to make every event here a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow the renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. No glitter or confetti is allowed on site. All candles must be contained or enclosed in a glass container. No open flames. Candles must be dripless. • All decorations and equipment must be delivered and set up on the same day of the event within your rental period time, and removed at the conclusion of the event. • Before your rental period ends, the space must be returned to its original clean condition. Dishes and glassware started in dishwasher, garbage thrown out back & food swept from floor. • There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of the staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases NO refund of the event costs shall be made. • The renter is responsible for our personal property. If any items are damaged, lost or stolen, the renter agrees to compensate for the replacement fees. • Front door must be locked upon departure from the space. • A $500 security deposit is due upon booking. It will be returned pending no damages, issues during the rental.
