This space is a big old (literally, it was built in 1934) beautiful brick SODO warehouse. You will find approximately 2,500 square feet of open concrete floor and approximately 45-foot ceilings, surrounded by gorgeous unfinished brick and nearly a full wall of windows letting the sun shine in. A smaller attached entrance room is approximately 10 by 11 feet, 18-foot ceiling, and is great for storage, coat-check, refreshments, or whatever you dream up. The space currently has very limited overhead lighting, but ample daylight entry (during the day, obviously!), and plentiful electrical service in 110, 220, and 480-volt varieties. There is an additional 25 by 50-foot outdoor fenced area of gravel and concrete included. IMPORTANT NOTE: The space is not actively heated or cooled, and is a bit drafty. We have designs in the works to improve the thermal situation but for now: plan accordingly! The space is easy to access from the major roads in the area, and is nearby a couple of GREAT watering holes and food spots that we recommend highly: The Hudson Cafe Two Beers Brewing Seattle Cider Company And it's only a very short drive over to the bountiful Georgetown neighborhood. We are creative and industrious people ourselves, and completely understand the challenges inherent to finding space for creative endeavors. In the past we have hosted photo and video shoots, small private parties, emergency product packaging and fulfillment "parties," product demonstrations/presentations, small private performances, and other random interesting activities. Looking forward to meeting you!

This space is amazing! The vintage look of this building is unique. The opaque glass that towers the westside of the warehouse lets the perfect amount of soft light in. From the textures of the brick walls to the concrete floor, this building shows peseved history. William showed me the location before we used it. Will is kind, informative and a supporter of local art. He let us do our work and he was quick to respond if needed. Would like to use this space again. Thank you!
The space in SODO was great and Will was very accommodating. The wide open space allowed us to get our photo shoot done efficiently and the garage door access made loading in and out very easy. I will definitely book again.
We needed a last minute space for film shoot. Will communicated quickly, which allowed us to move forward with a shoot that would otherwise would have been cancelled. He let us know, up front, all the important information, such as no heat, no overhead lights, one restroom, etc. Highly recommend bringing heaters for cooler temp shoots, chairs, as there is no seating available and area rug (Will's suggestion) as floors are all cement (part of what makes it look incredible). The space has so much character and looked fantastic in natural light or lit. It is raw and that's what makes it so beautiful!
This space worked out great for our photoshoot. The lighting from the windows was beautiful. There was lots of interesting texture and character from the brick walls and freight containers. Lots of floor space for us to spread out. Will was super nice and helpful in making sure we were good to go on the day-of and with answering any questions we had beforehand.
Will was great to work with and the space was amazing - so versatile. Neighborhood was quiet and nobody bothered us as we shot a film full of screaming and circular saws at 3 in the morning.
We used this warehouse to shoot a few scenes of our horror film. This warehouse was huge and spacious. It was an awesome set for filming. William was nothing but kind to us and helped us with whatever we needed. I'll definitely rent this place again.
