All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Excellent! Loved the space. It was unlocked at the time promised, it was clean and ready for us. The AV system worked just fine. There was enough room (and enough chairs) for our extra guests to spill out around the table. The street is safe and well-travelled, but not noisy. Most important - if this factors into your decision - it is a block from the Pyramid building, making an impossible-to-miss landmark, if people are looking for Commercial St.

Yes, I would book again.

Excellent space for what we needed! Offered the artistic modern vibe while also being very functional. Jason was great to work with and very responsive. This might be our “go to” - definitely would book again!

Yes, I would book again.

The space was perfect for our group of 10. We had an area to meet all together as well as break-out into smaller groups. Centrally located on a quiet street in the heart of Downtown. Catering through the host was seamless and made my life easier as the onsite coordinator. Jason was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a casual but trendy space to hold a meeting, workshop or small offsite.

The space is convenient and versatile. Jason is great to coordinate with. The wifi is a bit slow when you have a large group connected, but it's fine for a few people.

Jason was responsive and very helpful throughout the entire stay. We booked the room and held a number of meetings throughout the day. The space was comfortable and well appointed making it perfect to meet startups. There were two coffee shops close by and plenty of food options to choose from. Would certainly book again.

Jason's space was the perfect size for our intimate design visioning workshop. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and the space was very well appointed and close to great little coffee shops.

Jason was awesome, the space was easy to use, great location, and perfect for a getaway from the office. The only place I'd say there was room for improvement would be internet for video conferencing in got a bit slow. But we just stopped sharing video and it was good.
