Our 14-person conference room, named after Alan Turing, is the perfect medium-sized conference room for brief meetings, brainstorming sessions, interviews, or simply for a quiet space to work for the day. It comes equipped with a big whiteboard and a big screen TV for presentations. Who is Alan Turing? Alan was an Englishman who saw his country destroyed and reborn twice before his death in 1954. He is regarded as the father of both theoretical computer science and artificial life. He drew upon his prowess as a computer scientist, mathematician, logician, cryptanalyst and theoretical biologist to pull the Turing machine forth from his private imagination into our shared reality. We know the Turing machine as the world's first general purpose computer.
