Welcome to our space! We are a gallery event space. We are a collective of member curators who align around values based on nature, family and culture, believing this can lead to a better human experience on this planet. In times of transition, both locally, nationally, and internationally, we strive to create a safe space where creative people of all stripes may flourish and achieve economic success and stability. By renting from us, you enable this diverse community to flourish. We are open for photo shoots, film screenings, private events, workshops, and a number of other kinds of gatherings. Our general rates are: $110 / hr for off-sites / production / workshops $220 / hr events requiring AV and sound. Alter price for not needing equipment negotiable. $100 / photo studio set-up and tear-down fee Flat rate can be negotiated. Features: Access to a prime Bay Area location in the heart of San Francisco (24th St and Mission) With a consistent flow of foot traffic. This location has an existing eight year history of being a cultural creative hub in the Mission, as featured on publications such as Mission Local, 7x7, The Guardian, and Modern Hieroglyphics. Our 1,300 square ft. venue is conveniently design to accommodate small groups and large events. The space is available to rent for private or public events from photo shoots, film screenings, workshops, pop up galleries and intimate music events. The space comfortably fits 50 to 100 people. Additional chairs and complimentary use of our projector and audio system may be requested in advance. Experience in hosting events, we actively host events in the space. Past events have included MAPP, Sofar Sound, Rakas album release and Quita penas album release. Access to a photo space with lights and equipment and a photographer to document art work onsite. Photographer service are an additional fee. We also have great backyard space that can be made available upon request. We do not currently have a kitchen. Current only sink on site is in the bathroom. Succesful Events: Some of the kinds of events that are successful have been related to music. We are also ideal for personal art shows, book launches, poetry readings, DIY workshops such as how to make your own tinctures. We are well set up for a pop-up store, with clothing racks and shelves available upon request. We are suited for production with a photo studio that includes strobe lights, fluorescent flood lights, 3 color backdrops in grey, white and teal, a desktop computer equipped with Photoshop and Lightroom. Our space, particularly the backyard, has been enjoyed by intimate team gatherings who have appreciated the bbq and fire pit. It is a garden oasis amidst the city.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Having my 60th birthday party at this space was really nice. Kelly met with my friends and me beforehand to make sure we were comfortable with the arrangements. We brought full gear of musical equipment and friends came with instruments. We played music for 3 hours and had over 60 guests and it was all very comfortable. Didn’t feel too crowded and the staff were accommodating and helped us arrange the space so that it worked for the evening. I hired Alexa to take candid photos and she stayed the whole time. A sweet space with a really good vibe and very nice people devoted to the arts in all forms.
