- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our studio is a clean and organized space for all of your production needs. The 1,400 sq. ft. space consists of a 23'x30' shooting area with 14' ceiling as well as white walls and floor. There are currently 3 white walls, white floor, black ceiling and one fake grass wall. It also features a production holding area with couches, desks, 2 vanity stations, steamer, changing area, refrigerator and private bathroom. There is a bay door as well for easy loading and unloading. The space is great for photo shoots, corporate videos, commercials, table top, wardrobe fittings, production meetings, casting and so much more. LIGHTING EQUIPMENT NOT INCLUDED with hourly rental. There are equipment rental companies right next door as well as less than a mile away. Message us for details. Cleaning Fee: $200 (if applicable)
