Well, where to start is the question?!? I did have several complaints about this listing/venue rental: 1) Jamie & Anette differ completely with their info/input. I was given the run-around with regards to details about the place. The lights are easy to run, no expertise needed vs. The lights are extremely sensitive, you should never turn them all the way up, you should not leave them on longer than 40 mins at any given time, if they are blown each light costs $3,000, etc! There is grace period given with regards to time vs. Each hour you book is when you are able to inhabit the facility!?! 2) The energy, attitude & sarcasm I received when trying to communicate electronically was less than desirable. While I understand most would not rent a theater & only inhabit the place the day of to run a full rehearsal, then the show......IT WAS ALL WE/I DESIRED TO DO!!! So, when given the 3rd degree about how 'most professionals' would do it differently was certainly not a warm welcome from the Host! I/We are not professionals, we were a group of amateurs who wanted to put a show on in an actual theater!!! That's it, that's all.....so, the lecture was unwarranted & quite frankly a bit rude! 3) I had a very hard time getting the answers & responses that I required back from Jamie & Anette. I arrived to the facility for a walk through & could not get in touch with Anette at all. Texts/Calls, nothing seemed to work while I was lost in the compound of over 8 other theaters, just wandering around. It's not completely clear where the address is until you actually stumble upon it!!! Lots of my audience members had a little bit of an issue finding the place. ON A MUCH LIGHTER NOTE: The theater is AMAZING! I totally wish it was much more user-friendly! I would definitely book again IF I could utilize without having to interact with Jamie and/or Anette. IJS I'm an easy-going individual who likes to have a smooth process about almost everything I do. This was quite a journey for me, but it's all hindsight now!!! Derrick was AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY & NICE & HELPFUL....I'd love to work through him for future usage. All of my guests/audience members mentioned something positive about the actual theater itself!!! GREAT PLACE....NEEDS MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL THOUGH! ijs Dez Glover Royal-T Entertainment
