Furniture is easily moved around/out of the way (as a lot of things are on castors) but should be supervised by tenant and returned to the setup it was found. Roof usage should be cleared in advance. No smoking in the apartment and no equipment should be left in the hallways of the building. Thank you!
This is a great space to work in! Beautiful interiors with a lot of light and details. Highly recommended and really appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and fast response time. Thanks again!
Michael was an excellent host, and our shoot went off without a hitch. He was understanding and reasonable to work with when extra material came up, and we paid to extend our time in the space.
This was such an incredible space to shoot in! So much natural light and I loved that each corner of the loft looked different since I needed to shoot multiple things while I was there. Would 100% book again in the future and highly recommend it to others!
Thank you so so so much Michael for all of your extra help and for being so accommodating! Your place was so much more than we had even expected; aside for the gorgeus lighting we were getting thruout half of the day, every corner of it had an incredible charm and character! Thank you for helping us today with our laugage and for allowing us to enjoy your home this much!
This place is amazing!! Michael was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The space itself doesnt look like much from the outside but on the inside its SO NEW YORK! From the open floor plan with a conjoined living room and kitchen to the exposed pipes and the massive windows that provide natural lighting coming in from the left. There are three extremely neat cute bedrooms all unique in their own ways. The living room and kitchen are also extremely neat and well decorated! The hardwood floors and the molded ceilings made me appreciate the magic of how New York restores rather than renovates. All the vintage furniture, plants and mismatched draped were a delight as well; I found myself looking around and admiring all the cute little knick knacks that are placed through out the apartment. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to film!
The space is stunning! Spacious. Michael is absolutely awesome and super accommodating for your filming needs. Would definitely book and refer to other friends!
