This 1508 square foot Victorian home sits on a 10,200 square foot lot just behind Chair 7 at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake and also behind Bear Mountain Resort with a full view of the ski resorts that light up at dusk. The house is approximately 100 feet back from the street with large decks surrounding the front and back yard. In a Victorian style, the house is framed in a stone retaining wall with stone steps leading up to the house on a hill. At night hundreds of solar lights awaken this home into an enchanted castle. The location is in the Moonridge section of Big Bear Lake, and the full moon "walks" over the house creating a surreal affect on a monthly basis.
