About the Space
This historic once-upon-a-time Rail Road station has been totally redone and newly redecorated. It has three cozy bedrooms and fully stocked big kitchen. Living room with fire place, comfortable chairs a couch. TV, WIFI, board games, puzzles, books, W/D. Beautiful mountain view and walking distance from lake, creek and the Hunter's Main Street. Located half a mile from Hunter's ski lodge and lifts. Fire pit located in back, surrounded by wide open spaces.
General Rules
All guests must return the location to its original state as it was given and if it not, all cleaning fee's will be deducted from the security deposit. Also we require a Certificate of Insurance and a REFUNDABLE security deposit of $1,000

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
