Hi! We're Fish Eggs — The industry's go-to design and motion graphics studio. Our new location has a 3 wall 235º+ white cyc, roll-up garage for vehicle access, modular makeup room, white seamless and 12x18 Chroma Green Overhead. Come check it out! Our pricing is pretty simple — • An 8 hour day is $800/day, $80/hr after. • Shoots outside our office hours (9:30am - 7:30pm) will require a Stage Manager at $35/hr. You will only be charged for the time outside our office hours. Weekends require a Stage Manager to be on-site at all times. • Two parking spots are included. Additional parking is available at $50/spot up to 5 total. We have plenty of street parking right next to our building. • You will have access to the courtyard area and are more than welcome to use our two pop-up tents, pop-up tables and chairs. • Let us know if you plan on having a crew larger than 15 people so we can discuss additional accommodations. All bookings are subject to a repainting fee - varies on production type Legal Stuff ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Host Rules regarding Indemnification and Insurance Requirements: Indemnification. Guest shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Host, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, partners, members and each of their respective officers, directors and employees from and against any and all third party claims and resulting damages, costs, and other liabilities, costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) any claim relating to damage or injury (including death) caused by the fault or negligence of Guest or its employees, agents and contractors; (b) any breach of an express warranty; (c) non-compliance with any local, state, federal, or other applicable laws, regulations, statutes and/or ordinances; or (d) any of its representations, warranties, covenants, undertakings and/or obligations under this Agreement. Host shall provide Guest prompt written notice of any such claim but Host’s failure to provide such notice shall not relieve Guest of its indemnification obligations hereunder except to the extent Guest is materially prejudiced thereby. Guest shall have sole control of the defense of any such action and all negotiations for its settlement or compromise. No settlement of a claim that involves a remedy other than the payment of money by Guest shall be entered into without prior written consent of Host. Host shall cooperate reasonably with Guest in the defense, settlement or compromise of any such action. Such cooperation shall be at Guest's expense. Insurance. Guest represents and warrants that it shall, at its own expense, during the term for which Guest is using or otherwise occupying Host’s Space, maintain the following insurance in full force and effect: a. A statutory Workers’ Compensation Insurance Policy adequate to comply with all statutory requirements and that includes Employers Liability with a coverage limit not less than $1,000,000. This policy will cover all claims arising from the start of the services provided by Contractor hereunder through delivery date. In the event that a payroll service is utilized, the payroll service will also be required to provide a statutory Workers’ Compensation Insurance Policy. Each policy will contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of Host; b. A Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy on an occurrence basis providing coverage limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 annual aggregate that shall include coverage for, but not limited to premises/operations, products/completed operations, contractual, independent contractors, and broad form property damage, personal injury and shall cover all claims arising from the start of the occupancy date of the Space through to, and including, the date by which the Space has been completely vacated (hereinafter, the “Lease Term”). The policy shall include a waiver of subrogation in favor of Host. c. A Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance Policy providing coverage for all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles with coverage limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. The Commercial Auto Liability Insurance Policy shall provide coverage for claims arising from the start of the Lease Term through the end of the Lease Term. d. A Media Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy on an occurrence basis with limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $1,000,000 policy aggregate, and a deductible of no more than $25,000 per occurrence. The policy shall include coverage for liabilities and claim expenses arising from acts, errors and omissions, in rendering of all services in the performance of this Agreement, for a period of three (3) years commencing on the date of commencement of the Lease Term. Guest shall: (i) name Host as an additional insured and loss payee on each insurance policy, (ii) ensure that each insurance policy contains an endorsement deleting the condition thereof entitled "Other Insurance" as to any insurance in force for or in the name of Host, (iii) ensure that each insurance policy includes a provision requiring the insurance company issuing such insurance policy to give Host ten (10) days prior written notice of any revision or modification to any insurance policy affecting Host's rights or any cancellation of any such insurance policy and (iv) (v) provide Host with a certificate of insurance evidencing that the requirements of this paragraph have been satisfied prior to occupying the Space.
Ages 21 and older
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and were on site for any issues we had. The space is behind their office, so we were able to use their bathrooms. The two included parking spots were right by the elephant door, which made load in/out a breeze. This is a great space for a small shoot, would definitely use it again!
Michael and the team were very responsive and helpful in every way. Very accommodating and great people to work with. Space was also great!
The stage was perfect - clean and green! We had a great shoot here. Booking was great - Mike's a great guy! Awesome to work with, and super on-top-of-it with communication. Helped us out and made sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back sometime!
