Our space provides a hip, fun and unique atmosphere for private parties, corporate events, baby showers and bridesmaids. Our newly renovated 1920’s bungalow features original hardwood floors, hand-milled dark walnut wood bars, custom brass countertops and brass accents throughout. The 1363 square feet can easily be reconfigured to tailor the space to the event, small events can rent just the dining area, large events can take advantage of the full interior plus the combined outdoor patios and parking lot. The interior can seat 50+ guests with additional room to stand and mingle. Our front and rear patios combine to offer seating for an additional 45 guests. Our private parking area can be cordoned off to create a large outdoor event space that can accommodate tents, food trailers, and live music stages. The space is fully ADA accessible. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM: In addition to the hourly rate, we require a food and beverage minimum + 8.25% tax and gratuity. The total fee includes full staff. We have a full cocktail bar, wine, craft beer and delicious homemade boozy, non-boozy and vegan ice creams. WEEKDAY RATES: Tuesday-Thursday bookings require an additional $250 per hour Food and Beverage minimum tab + tax and gratuity. WEEKEND RATES: Please request a custom quote for Friday-Sunday events. Food and Beverage minimum tabs start at $400 per hour. ****SXSW 2020 is March 13th to March 21st. Special pricing applies, please inquire for rates

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great overall experience! We had about 35 people for a private party, and it was the perfect venue. Plenty of room for the DJ and it felt like just the right size given the size of the crowd. Laura was VERY responsive throughout the process, would definitely book again.

Space was awesome, drinks and ice cream/milkshakes were terrific, and location was great. Really enjoyed the space and our event in it. Bartenders were very nice and Laura, from the venue, was easy to work with. Parking was a bit of a struggle (we knew that going in) and they didn't have the specific limited menus printed for us which was a a bit of a challenge to manage, but all in all, it was a good experience.
