Newly built event space in the heart of the historic Little Tokyo neighborhood of Downtown LA. Bright, spacious, high ceilings, natural light, modular furniture and more greet you upon entry into the space. Space can be used as a meeting room or classroom for workshops, trainings, team offsites and more. Available amenities include: wifi, projector + AppleTV/HDMI connection, whiteboard walls, whiteboard desks, chairs, HVAC, natural light and stunning views. Please note that we do not accept bookings for social events such as weddings, celebrations/parties, birthday's, etc.
Hours booked must include setup and cleanup time. Time ends when the last person in your production leaves the location. A/C is provided Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday from 9am-1pm. If A/C is requested outside of these timeframes, the cost is an additional $75/hr. Operating hours are Monday-Friday (9am-9pm), Saturday (10am-5pm) and Sunday (by request and based on availability). If your event takes place outside of operating hours, there is an additional $50/hr charge for staffing/operations. Trash must be collected prior to leaving the location. Event insurance must be procured for any events/production work. The event space will be in a clean condition prior to your event. Upon the end of the event, you are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No smoking is allowed in the space. Pets are not allowed in the space or the building unless they are service animals.
Great space! Darling was very accommodating for last minute request. We even went over and she offered to move us room if we needed more time. Great service. Room had everything we needed.
Darling at the venue was very helpful from start to finish. This is our second time using this venue for our training as it has the perfect set up. Would highly recommend. :o)
A great experience and the on-site staff was awesome - really helpful and supportive of the event. The space itself, facilities, furniture etc., are very simple - so if that's what you're looking for in a rental, this is the perfect spot. The only tough parts were no signage out front of the building, so guests had trouble finding it, and it was a little tough to control the temperature - it got really cold fast, and then fairly warm fast. It was challenging finding a happy balance. Other than that, a great venue and Darling (my contact) was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and super helpful onsite. Thank you!
This space was excellent! The person at the front desk was helpful and the projector set-up was easy. It also has a great view of downtown. Would definitely book again.
Awesome modern space for a seminar. Very clean and layout exactly as we had agreed. The host was also so helpful in finding us a space last minute. The tech was also very easy to set up. Will definitely be bookin again
This meeting space was exactly as described and was perfect for our offsite workshop. We were able to move the tables around to meet our needs. Thanks for hosting us! The AC in the room was a little chilly, and we never got the temperature quite right.
