Uniquely East Austin, our expansive and inspiring space features beautiful light, 30' steel beam ceilings, custom built furniture and a full kitchen. The 3000 sq ft ground floor event space features a large open area along with fully outfitted meeting and conference rooms. Party, workshop, meet up, networking event, conference or party, our modular furniture can be easily reconfigured to suit your needs. Originally a bottling plant, this newly converted gem will host a party of 250 or seated group 60-80. We're unlicensed, so can bring in your food and drinks as you like. We're in the heart of East Austin, just a mile from downtown with free parking. Our building also features Juniper Restaurant, Blue Owl Brewery and we are in the middle of fantastic area with many bars & restaurants. While using the community's space, here are some things to be aware of: • During the day, there will be coworking - Members may be coworking in other areas of the space while your event is happening. • They will be walking through the space to use the kitchen, restrooms and to exit the building. • The space can be fully private for bookings after 5:30pm or on weekends. • It is helpful to send us presentations 48 hours before the event so we can run tests to decrease the chances of technical difficulties.
• 24 hour advance notice of food & beverage deliveries to be coordinated with staff. •Event organizers must arrive no later than 45 minutes before event start time. Renters must have at least 2 people present to start setting up. •Setup includes: moving furniture, unstacking/stacking chairs, A/V testing, food & beverage setup, displaying event signage (outside front door, outside side door, registration/checkin, wifi/hashtag/twitter info...) Must have at least one person assigned to registration/check-in. •Closing up: restocking chairs, cleaning up garbage left in space, taking garbage & recycling outside to the curb, making sure all attendees have left before you do.
This was the perfect event space for our office party. We hosted 60-70 people here and there was plenty of room to fit our catering, bartenders, and have room to mingle, eat, and dance. Trent was a great host -- he organized the tables/desks so well, you couldn't even tell it functions as anything but an event space. He also helped with streaming the music and a picture slideshow during the event.
Atmosphere is our ace in the hole for offsites. Perfect space and convenience for when we need to do an offsite meeting. Everything just works - wifi, AV, etc. Trent always a great host.
Terrific space! We had plenty of room for both small group and private sessions. Trent was an amazing host and made our group feel right at home. The meals were delicious as well. Highly recommend.
The perfect venue for our weird and wacky crawfish boil wedding! Trent was more than accomodating about our schedule and was there to answer any and all questions. He worked with my decorator amd caterer to ensure that I had an amazing day. Thank you for everything Trent!
