All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This hidden gem lies in lush Topanga Canyon at the edge of the State Park. A long private drive leads to the last house before 400,000 acres of wild life, fruit trees, and a beautiful ocean view. Built of glass and wood this house and has plenty of beautiful light. A comfortable, spacious living area with sliding glass doors open onto the deck to make it an open air home complete with a spectacular ocean view. Surrounded by old oak and pepper trees this is a very special property. Inside you'll find a comfortable easy going living space with many beautiful contemporary paintings and photographs throughout. This is a great place for any event that needs and indoor/outdoor setting. Built from glass and wood the house and has plenty of beautiful natural light. The house has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. In the garden is parked a refurbished 1968 Airstream RV that funtions as a studio/guest room. Even though Topanga Canyon has been known to be infamously difficult to access, getting here is an easy enjoyable drive. Placed in the middle of 2 acres of flat land, you will enjoy a great deal of privacy while here. The glass and wood of the home and the large deck blend together to have a special sense of harmony with nature. The garden is partially wild and the feeling of the property is the perfect blend between urban and rustic that inspire an artist and a creative life style. Amenities include a large propane BBQ on the deck and a jacuzzi bath tub in one of the bathrooms, a large 57 inches flat screen TV and an Apple TV. We are literally at the doorstep of paradise within walking distance to amazing hikes in the park. We have hosted here several large parties, birthdays, weddings, and dinners, each one was a huge success and so much fun to do it here. Please check our rules before contacting us. We can only have a maximum of 4 cars on our property, we also have a big lot available to us that would park about 30 cars and motorhomes. To add on the optional lot the fee can be discussed upon booking
General Rules

We live right at the edge of a beautiful wild life world and we ask you to help us preserve it by having a general respect for our home and garden as if it were your own.
Due ti recent devastating fires we do not allow anything relating to fire (smoking, candles, etc.). This is a very important rule that must be respected. No fires in the in the fireplace unless is a rainy day and no fires of any kind outside.
Due to the fact we respect our friends next door we have decided to not have parties with loud music or DJ We are ok with soft music and small gatherings like baby showers or children birthday parties etc..or really small weddings. And no events should go pass 9PM.
-Please factor in your hours prep time and clean up.
-Furnitures can only be moved upon approved request
-Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and taken by you, for we have room tp store and dispose of trash.
can be left in one of the rooms but if need to be removed and boarded at the local animal boarding, extra fees will be applied upon agreement with both parties, prior to the final booking.
-We will have someone on site to supervise.
-We are happy to rent our refurbished 1968 Airstream for an additional fee of $150 per day.
-Parking: we can only park maximum of 4 cars on our property, we also have a big lot available to us that would park about 30 cars to add on the optional lot, fee to be discussed upon booking.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Their home is as unique and special as they are, the whole crew feels as if they gained a friend in both Elisa and Chris. Truly amazing people, and an amazing place to shoot. Above and beyond.

We had a great time at this venue for our company retreat! The house is very open and has a nice yard with a beautiful view. If you are looking for an escape from the hubbub of the city but don't want to drive too far, this is the perfect spot.

From the moment I visited the home, I knew it was right for my husband’s Memorial. What solidified it for me was the kindness of the family. On my visit I was given a tour of the house by Elisa’s son and he was very friendly and thorough, answering all my questions and if he didn’t have an answer he checked on it right away. Leading up to the event, Chris and Elisa were very helpful, which made it easier for me, having so many details to take care of. The event itself was a great success. Chris was on the property the entire time, available for help and answering any questions. Even when we ran into a few tech issues he stepped in right away to help! The time there was magical, healing and peaceful. The guests loved the property and the entire vibe. The only issue I had was with parking, because once there was an overflow of parking next to the house, guests needed to be directed to a field nearby. It got a little confusing for them, with some guests parking at the neighbor’s house. I still give them 5 stars because the parking issue was mainly my fault as I should have communicated the parking arrangements clearer for the guests. I would recommend this property for any group event where you’re looking to be indoors but next to beautiful nature and want a good vibe for your guests.
