The building has 7+ small sized businesses located within it. They operate Monday through Friday 8-5p with the occasional late worker. The building is zoned mixed use, and I am the only unit in the bldg on the top 2 floors. There are 2 other personal units on the level beneath mine. Sensible levels of sound during Mon-Fri 8-5pm hours. The space is massive and unlike other residences downtown with a open floor plan. I guestimate the size of the unit to be between 2500-3500+ sq feet, not including the rooftop. There is a freight elevator available for use for moving equipment. Time: I'm extremely flexible on the time of use for the unit, as I work remotely. Ceiling Height: 12+ feet (true measurement coming soon) Windows Face: North / South, unit is bathed in sunlight for most of the day. Parking: The lot is surrounded by 5-6 major parking lots and garages. Literally hundreds of spaces. One is immediately behind the unit. Availability: Flexible during week and weekends.
No loud music until after 5pm during week days. No smoking except on the rooftop, buds must be disposed of properly. All rentals include setup and cleanup time.
