Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We only allow for one event booking per day, allowing time for thorough cleaning and santitation of our space and furniture/rentals. Our bathrooms and kitchenette are stocked with toiletries for guests to clean their hands and sanitize. Clients are responsible for providing PPE and additional sanitizers for their guests and implementing floor/seating plans and other procedures to maintain social distancing.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

An intimate industrial chic 1000 sq ft spacious studio space with 450 sq ft outdoor patio, created for our hosts to curate memorable occasions. Our venue’s original 48ft exposed brick walls, surrounded by tranquil gray walls and natural lighting make a unique and ideal space for birthday parties, intimate special occasions, bridal and baby showers, photo/film shoots, corporate events, pop up/showrooms, private dinners, seminars/workshops, holiday parties, product launches and much more. Our listing is for venue rental only--- a standard rental includes up to 40 chairs, 7 tables, access to bluetooth stereo speaker, house wi-fi, and our kitchenette equipped for warming and plating food. Parking description

Street parking is decent, most people can find parking within a 1-2 block radius on weekends.

General Rules

Our space must be left in pre-event condition by the end of your event rental. For late evening parties, everything must be cleared out and cleaned prior to 12 midnight. Smoke free environment. No glitter or confetti. Open flame items must be approved by management beforehand. We do require a refundable security deposit in the case of overtime, damages or other penalty fees. Our venue require you to provide a certificate of insurance under certain circumstances. We encourage our guests to use Event Helper!

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras in various spots in our venue, the kitchenette, and outside the entrance. There are no cameras located in the bathroom.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
