- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
This industrial, clean workspace located in West LA is ideal for hosting your next Off-Site activity. The Meeting room, TV, projector, sound system, modular table set up, stadium seating, lounge and everything else is here to create a comfortable, inviting house where inspiration is everywhere. Any off-site meeting over 20 guests would need to book the entire space on the link below, having full access and privacy in over 3700 sq.ft. space. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES (free): - 2000 sq. ft shared common lounge - Sharpies, Post-its, whiteboard (we have plenty of supplies, just ask! - a mini fridge to store your food/drinks CATERING / FOOD: - We have a list of vendors & caterers to recommend if you're interested in ordering a meal during your booking. - Several restaurants in walking distance CUSTOM RATES: Friday, Saturday, Sunday rates are subject to change. Please inquire with details about the guest count, time frame & activity. Custom rates will be processed via Peerspace's custom booking tool. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I had a wonderful experience here. I booked this space for a working offsite for my company team, and absolutely loved it. The space had everything you needed from wifi, a tv, to AppleTV to be able to project our content. We fully utilized all of the different areas (dining, lounge, conference room, etc). It was extremely clean and comfortable. Aydin and Ego were very fast to respond to any questions and were extremely friendly. Would absolutely book this place again.

Very accommodating and friendly host! Willing to help with set up and room configuration and was there to walk us through the space at our early check-in of 8am as well as very responsive via email leading up to event. The space was nicely decorated, clean and spacious - perfect for a work meeting and the volume was quiet and great for working. Easy accessibility for catering to drop breakfast or lunch off for your team. Easy set up for slideshow presentations and whiteboard for notes. Free street parking available in surrounding area.
