Elegant, comfortable (air conditioned), space for photography, video Production, Small Two blocks from R & N . Nonsmoking space steps from restaurants, shops, gyms, and entertainment. Features include Green Screen , Tiles floors, wide strong (100+ Mbps) wifi, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and Professional lighting. Music Videos, News Room, Talk Shows, Podcasts, Interviews, Photo-shoots and Studio rental rate is $65/hour, 2-hour minimum. Equipment as per use. Total space : 550sq ft. in house Photographer and Videographer also available. Please inquire within.Green Secreen Studio Size is L30xW20. Full Production: Full Production with HD Cam. Music Videos, News Room, Talk Shows, Podcasts, Interviews, Photo-shoots and Edittiting,Titling,Music.Tv Talk shows or any video song. Minimum up 1HR. $300.

Definitely getting what you pay for with this place. Address was misprinted and I received a number of wrong addresses from the owner until I finally learned the name of the studio. Upon arriving, we were met with a single room with a painted wall and a desk just to the left of it where the owner's son was going to sit for the duration of the rental until I asked that we be given some degree of privacy (a request that was not received well) and the son finally sat in a back room with the door ajar. Very funny situation. The studio: $65 an hour with a $40 an hour value. The memories: priceless.
