All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Spacious production-ready 1,500 ft² photo studio, 17' ceilings, located on the main floor with easy loading from a covered dock or side entrance. Includes C-stands, apple boxes, flags, grip equipment, folding tables, wardrobe racks, irons and steamers. There's a cozy entry area with seating and a small kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. There is also a stereo system, WIFI and ample countertop work space. This studio is a working photo studio and has been for many years. Studio clients have included Neiman Marcus, L.L. Bean, SanMar Corporation, Nordstrom, Filson, Amazon, Local Distilleries and more. We can also assist in providing local talent, if needed, to complete your production crew. Located in Seattle's SODO neighborhood with easy access to freeways and mass transit and close to Pioneer Square, Breweries, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and more. There are multiple parking lots and garages next-door and, if you’re feeling lucky, even some street parking.

There are three paid lots near the studio and some street parking, if you arrive early enough. The best and most affordable parking lot is directly across the street on S Atlantic St.

There's a small camera and equipment room off the kitchen which is usually locked. This room can be made available for wardrobe change.

No smoking in the studio.
We're not responsible for the personal property of renters or guests.
Cleaning up after your shoot is your responsibility. This includes returning equipment and furniture to its original location, disposing of the garbage and sweeping the floor.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
A Certificate Of Insurance is required to confirm any booking.
This is a working photo studio and is set up as such. We can reconfigure the space for other uses which may incur additional fees.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furnishings can be moved within the space as long as they are returned to their original location.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
