A beautiful baroque rococo vintage style living space set up in a 1923 apartment building just a few blocks from downtown Long Beach. Both couches are French Louis XVI antiques. The coffee and end tables are inlaid with solid marble, the armchairs upholstered with real silk velvet. Almost everything is hand carved and gilded in real gold and was sourced from New Orleans antique shops and shipped all the way to California. The perfect location for a fashion or editorial photoshoot. The main space is approximately 600 square feet, with bathroom and kitchen facilities available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
