Matthew K. booked a photoshoot for 3 people
One of my favorite spaces to rent! My clients love the at-home feel and I love the versatility the space has to offer. And as always, Rosemary is so great to work with and has been flexible with client curveballs.
KAREN F. booked a photoshoot for 5 people

Michelle B. booked a video shoot for 8 people
Rosemary & her studio are lovely! The photos are accurate. The space is nice & open and very clean! We used the studio for a video shoot. We were a total of 8 people on set and it was very comfortable. Street noise was mostly fine we did pause once or twice for a loud truck or siren, but nothing crazy. There is a 1.5 flight walk up, but it was very manageable. We had (2x) camera setups and a bunch of lights (24 cases to be exact!) and the crew didn't complain at all. We were able to pull right up in the neighboring alley to unload and found street parking with no problem. The building is quiet and hosts other working artist and professionals. The location was convenient for my local talent to get to, and there are coffee chops and lunch options right down the street. Rosemary is very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely book again when we're back in Seattle!
