About the Space
Located in a historic building near 1st Avenue and Yesler Way, our professional photography studio is 600+ square feet of light filled space in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. Originally built in 1892, the building features 12 ft ceilings, exposed brick, and original hardwood floors. One charcoal grey wall, one white wall. Ideal for natural light photography & video shoots, but also works great for classes or professional meetings. Your rental time includes a private bathroom, kitchenette, dressing room, and wifi. You will also have use of the furniture and make up station. Please note that we are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Close to the ferry terminal, light rail station, street car station, and multiple bus lines. The brick wall with the windows is just over 16 ft long.

Rosemary & her studio are lovely! The photos are accurate. The space is nice & open and very clean! We used the studio for a video shoot. We were a total of 8 people on set and it was very comfortable. Street noise was mostly fine we did pause once or twice for a loud truck or siren, but nothing crazy. There is a 1.5 flight walk up, but it was very manageable. We had (2x) camera setups and a bunch of lights (24 cases to be exact!) and the crew didn't complain at all. We were able to pull right up in the neighboring alley to unload and found street parking with no problem. The building is quiet and hosts other working artist and professionals. The location was convenient for my local talent to get to, and there are coffee chops and lunch options right down the street. Rosemary is very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely book again when we're back in Seattle!
