Our Usual Rules of Use: We DO NOT accept free or for trade requests. It is important that we can keep our calendar available for our shoots, members and paid guests. Weekends are very busy, so we suggest putting in your request ASAP. We book by the hour NOT the half hour with a two-hour minimum due to our own calendar needs internally. For faster auto booking, requests made on the hour will speed up your reservation. Other renters may have reservations directly after your scheduled time, so please be sure to reserve enough time for break down and clean up. You must reserve enough time to clean and vacate the space by the end of your reservation. Our calendar is very full and you cannot infringe on the next renter’s time. If you need to add on more hours to your reservation, message us to see if the studio will be available- if it is, we will be happy to extend your time. It is important that the studio be left in the condition you found it and ready for the next renter. Prior to leaving the space, all table surfaces must be wiped down, dishes clean and put away, kitchen counter wiped, coffee pot clean, garbage sealed and put in green bag in bathroom shower, bathroom wiped down, floor swept, lights off, windows closed. Cleaning and damage fees will be charged if the studio is found in disarray or excessive damage occurs. Fees will vary depending on the cost of time and repair. Lost Key Fee: $400. We have several long term renters so one lost set means that everyone's set has to be replaced. Our studio is located in a professional building with other offices. You may not disturb our neighbors with excess noise or impede the building’s common spaces. No open flames / incense.
