This is our largest, traditional conference room (we have a large event space that can host anywhere from 1-200 people). It is setup board room style to accommodate 12 people. The room comes with a monitor, glass dry erase boards, AppleTV for easy connectivity, HDMI, and landline for conference calls. Conference Room Booking Policies: - All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. - $50 outside of regular office hours (8am-5pm) - You may arrive up to 15 minutes to get acquainted with the space. - If rooms are not sufficiently cleaned up after your departure, we may bill you an additional $25 clean up fee. Conference Room Setup Change: - $25 if we’re notified 48 hours in advance - $50 if notified the day prior - $75 if notified the day of Conference Room Priority Services: - Setup of drinks, coffee etc: $25 setup fee, $15 per refill - Lunch delivery and setup for a meeting: $10 - Lunch pickup and delivery: $25 - Bring guests to meeting room: $10
