- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

My husband and I booked this space because it seemed like a good fit (size and layout) for our son's birthday party, and we trusted that we would have a good experience due to many of the reviews. The host was responsive leading up to the event, but unfortunately, was very rude and offensive during. The most notable incident was when I tried to connect my laptop to the projector. Darrell kept reiterating that his projector was working properly while emphasizing that my laptop was "malfunctioned." After about his fifth time, I kindly told him that he was making me feel distressed, then he stated in an irritated tone, "Okay, then I'll talk when you want me to talk." I was appalled. His attitude discolored the rest of our stay. Hopefully, Darrell will be kinder to his future guests.
