Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

We had a fantastic experience at Darrell’s space. The location is super convenient. The space was perfect for our 5-day intensive. We had plenty of space, natural light, all the furnishings and AV equipment we required, a great neighborhood for taking breaks, walks, and getting coffee. And Darrell is an outstanding host who is super attentive to every need we had. We were never left with a question unanswered. We will definitely be back next time we have a program in San Francisco.

We are repeat renters of this space. The studio has great light, load in is easy, Darrell is super helpful and I love that there are stands and sandbags already there. I've used this space to film interviews for 3 different projects and I'm sure I will be back. Thank you!

Beautiful space for our baby shower, with all the necessary amenities and supplies. Host is also very clear and professional with communication and accommodating. We'd definitely consider booking again in the future.

Great space with some useful gear included. Perfect for photos and video, slight street noise but was able to capture interviews very well as long as a big truck wasn't driving by.

This was our third time filming interviews in Darrell's studio and I am sure we'll be back. This place is great, Darrell is really helpful and it's so nice to be able to use some of his stands and sandbags (some of the heaviest and most unwieldy items) when we work here. The garage makes loading in and out much easier as well. Thanks for having us!
