GUESTS IN THE SPACE *No "general admittance" events allowed, you must know who is going to be present. *Multiple people cycling in and out during the evening is not allowed. *Onsite Manager to greet guests and provide access (additional charge if arrival outside of booking start time) CATERING *Outside catering is welcome and may be order through firstname.lastname@example.org *Low amounts of alcohol permitted RESTRICTIONS: *Alcohol consumption must remain within the space. *Loitering outside in the halls or in front of the premises is prohibited. *The house sound system must be used for music, no outside sound systems allowed. *The street door must remain closed. **Banners, signs, or other postings are not allowed on outside of building nor in common entry and hallways of building. *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS *Early equipment drop-offs outside booking hours require $50.00 per scheduled appointment. *Storage of items outside booking hours may result in additional costs. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was great! We used this space for a three-day offsite and Darrell was super helpful in getting our space set up to how we needed. The space does have AV and Darrell had everything we needed to connect our computers and get our presentations going. He was also super responsive as we had questions arise. There is also a small room that is available for people to pop into for phone calls if needed. Great restaurants close by as well. Would absolutely recommend and book again!
Darrell was a hospitable host that made everything easy. The space was flexible for what we needed. It was conducive to an interactive workshop we held, where we were able to hang posters, lay down tape on the floor, and play music throughout the space. He was able to set up and breakdown the room as we needed. We’d use the space again.

This space was perfect for our group of 25 - bright light with sturdy light-blocking drapes for when we needed the projector, relatively quiet, and very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and clean, and the space itself was immaculate. Darrell was also extremely hospitable and helpful, giving me a hand with set up, loading / unloading, etc. He was also always available via text for anything we needed, but also gave us our privacy. The building was convenient, easy to park at (surprisingly!) and felt very safe. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience.
Darrell is so attentive and helpful! If I had to rate him, I would say he's 5+ Stars. He checks on every so often. There's a small kitchen will utensils and flatware. This might have been mentioned in the description, but Darrell's office is located upstairs in the space so if you're looking for complete privacy, keep that in mind. The projector was a bit old but it got the job done for the most part
Good space. The host did a nice job setting up and providing support. The space itself was just big enough for our group and provided plenty of room for presentations. The space also had the technical capabilities such that we could project and share with remote attendees.
Darrell's space was everything we could have possibly wanted in a shoot location. We had a large crew with a lot going on but it never felt too small. The natural light is stunning in the early hours, there is also a separate room off to the side that we used for hair and make-up which had amazing lighting! Darrell is super accommodating and even has a bunch of equipment he was generous enough to let us use. And believe it or not, the space is even more gorgeous in person! Overall, I would definitely book again! We had an incredible experience here!

This is a great venue--light, airy, and very clean. It comes fully equipped with an overhead projector, WiFi, and Bluetooth. The space also has a small kitchen, which comes in handy for serving and storing food and drinks. The owner--Darrell--is amazing! He's right there when you need him--very responsive, helpful, and flexible.
Perfect as always, this is a great space in a great location, and Darrell is a super helpful host. This is my 4th time booking this space, will absolutely book again in the future!
