About the Space
*We have recently made some upgrades to help minimize noise in our studios. We are offering a sound dampening kit that we have built for this space. Feel free to reach out with any questions about this. We are a welcoming photo, video and post production studio located in the Historic Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse. A former rope factory in the 1800's, our building has become a hot spot for artists, filmmakers and photographers throughout NYC. With its incredible waterfront views and vintage charm, it is not surprising why. We offer: Studio Rentals, Equipment Rentals, Digital Services, and Production Services *Please note all eq and expendables will be charged a la cart and do not come free with the space.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
